一、纯锌镀层钢板零件表面发黑的类型
1、 Types of blackening on the surface of pure zinc coated steel plate
表面发黑常见的有两种类型:脏污类(附着于镀层表面的异物)和加工类(加工过程中造成镀层表面特性变化),当然在实际案例中这两种类型可能是同时存在的。

二、脏污类黑斑的辨识

脏污的来源常见的是含油锌粉类脏污,如剪切线油毡上聚集的油污。

三、加工类黑斑的辨识

加工类的黑斑产生原因有很多,镀锌层表面因为摩擦导致粗糙度被改变,或摩擦导致锌粉堆积或热镀锌镀层氧化(受镀层成分影响)等,都可能形成黑斑形貌。
There are many reasons for black spots in processing. The surface roughness of zinc coating is changed due to friction, or zinc powder accumulation caused by friction or oxidation of hot-dip galvanized coating (affected by coating composition) may form black spot morphology.
辨识:加工类黑斑必须结合生产工艺进行分析,当发现零件出现黑斑后,首先确定零件上的规律,是整个零件均匀出现还是某个位置规律出现。
