  楼承板,也叫压型钢板、钢承板、钢楼承板,支承楼面混凝土压制成型的钢板。最早用于欧美国家和日本,从本世纪五六十年代,随着这些国家的高层钢结构建筑的兴起。楼承板被广泛应用,也随着中国的改革开放,而传入中国。

  Floor support plate, also known as profiled steel plate, steel support plate, steel floor support plate, is a steel plate formed by pressing concrete to support the floor. Originally used in European, American, and Japanese countries, from the 1950s to the 1960s, with the rise of high-rise steel structure buildings in these countries. Floor slabs are widely used and have also been introduced to China with the country's reform and opening up.

  楼承板的用途及优点

  1、简单的说楼承板只是在短时间提供一个坚固的施工平台,这个平台是为了施工方便,很多人错误的认为,楼承板的作用是用来承重的,其实不是,他的承重功能是只是在短时间承受混凝土的重量,等混凝土干了以后,楼承板的作用基本消失。2、但是楼承板也有些特殊的作用,比如抗震。楼承板连接钢梁,楼承板有一定的韧性,比如遇到地震,楼承板是不可能像混凝土那样整体碎掉,它还是一个整体,很大机率保证人和财物的安全。

  1. Simply put, the floor slab only provides a sturdy construction platform for a short period of time. This platform is for the convenience of construction.   5、节省混凝土的用量,楼承板一般是V型、U型、梯形,凸起的部分混凝土要少的多,不像土板它是平板,楼承板一般可节省三分之一的混凝土用量,现在混凝土也很贵。产品广泛用于电厂、电力设备公司,汽车展厅、钢结构厂房、水泥库房、钢结构办公室、机场候机楼、火车站、体育场馆、音乐厅、大剧院、大型超市、物流中心、奥运场馆体育场馆等钢结构建筑。

  5. To save the amount of concrete used, floor slabs are generally V-shaped, U-shaped, or trapezoidal, with much less concrete in the protruding parts. Unlike soil slabs, which are flat slabs, floor slabs can generally save one-third of the amount of concrete used. Nowadays, concrete is also very expensive. The product is widely used in steel structure buildings such as power plants, power equipment companies, automobile exhibition halls, steel structure factories, cement warehouses, steel structure offices, airport terminals, train stations, sports venues, music halls, theaters, large supermarkets, logistics centers, Olympic venues and sports venues.

  楼承板的安装方法

  Installation method of floor slab

  1、先在铺板区弹出钢梁的中心线,主梁的中心线是铺设楼承板固定位置的控制线。由主梁的中心线控制楼承板搭接钢梁的搭接宽度,并决定楼承板与钢梁熔透焊接的焊点位置。次梁的中心线将决定熔透焊栓钉的焊接位置。因楼承板铺设后难以观测次梁翼缘的具体位置,故将次梁的中心线及次梁翼缘宽度返弹在主梁的中心线上,固定栓钉时应将次梁的中心线及次梁翼缘宽度再返弹到次梁面上的楼承板上。

  1. First, mark the centerline of the steel beam in the laying area. The centerline of the main beam is the control line for fixing the position of the floor slab. The centerline of the main beam controls the overlap width of the floor slab and steel beam, and determines the welding point position of the fusion welding between the floor slab and steel beam. The centerline of the secondary beam will determine the welding position of the fusion welding bolts. Due to the difficulty in observing the specific position of the secondary beam flange after the laying of the floor slab, the centerline of the secondary beam and the width of the secondary beam flange should be bounced back to the centerline of the main beam. When fixing the bolts, the centerline of the secondary beam and the width of the secondary beam flange should be bounced back to the floor slab on the surface of the secondary beam.

  2、在堆料场地将楼承板分层分区按料单清理出,并注明编号,区分清楚层、区、号,用记号笔标明,并准确无误地运至施工指定部位。3、吊运时采用专用软吊索,以保证楼承板板材整体不变形、局部不卷边。钢结构设计多层的一般采用3层一节柱安装工艺,安装楼承板时与钢结构柱梁同步施工,至少应相差3层,因此楼承板吊运时只能从上层的梁柱间穿套,而起重工应分层在梁柱间控制。4、采用等离子切割机或剪板钳裁剪边角,裁切放线时富余量应控制在5mm范围内,浇筑混凝土时应采取措施,防止漏浆。5、楼承板与楼承板侧板间连接采用咬口钳压合,使单片楼承板间连成整板。先点焊楼承板侧边,再固定两端头,最后采用栓钉固定。

  2. Clean the floor slabs in layers and zones according to the material list at the stacking site, and label them with numbers. Clearly distinguish the layers, zones, and numbers, mark them with a marker pen, and accurately transport them to the designated construction site. 3. Special soft lifting ropes are used during lifting to ensure that the floor slab is not deformed as a whole and not curled locally. The design of multi story steel structures generally adopts the installation process of three layers per column. When installing the floor support plate, it should be constructed synchronously with the steel structure columns and beams, with a difference of at least three layers. Therefore, when lifting the floor support plate, it can only be threaded between the upper beams and columns, and the crane operator should control it layer by layer between the beams and columns. 4. Use a plasma cutting machine or cutting pliers to cut the edges and corners. When cutting and laying out, the excess amount should be controlled within 5mm. Measures should be taken when pouring concrete to prevent grout leakage. 5. The connection between the floor support plate and the side plate of the floor support plate is clamped with bite pliers, so that the single floor support plates are connected into a whole plate. First, spot weld the side of the floor slab, then fix the two ends, and finally use bolts to fix it.
